About Face Designs, based in Highland Park, Illinois is proud and excited to announce the acquisition of Brownlow Gifts, an inspirational gift company based in Fort Worth, Texas. The President of About Face Designs, Robert Ricciardi, states that “the purchase of Brownlow Gifts is a strategic expansion by About Face Designs into new retail markets and channels of distribution, new product categories and materials, and new domestic and overseas supply partnerships.”
The Brownlow Gifts Company will be operated and marketed as a separate division under the About Face Designs banner. The new name of Brownlow Gifts is Shannon Road Gifts. Ricciardi further underscores, “the company under our leadership will maintain the same product direction, focus and passion, the respected level of quality product and customer service, and the existing and extremely professional national sales team.
As quoted in the announcement by Paul and John Paul Brownlow, “over the last few months we have become friends with Bob Ricciardi and his team of industry veterans and are impressed with their understanding of the gift industry, the production capabilities, merchandising strategies and the on-trend product they present each season.
