WHAT IS YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS? CAN STORE OWNERS REGISTER ONLINE?

Shoppers are required to pregister online at: warehouse151. myshopify.com/pages/become-a-customer. Upon receipt of registration, all businesses are vetted to ensure the legitimacy of the business. Reseller permits are required for admittance.

WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSES FOR UNLOADING AND LOADING?

We have parking directly outside of our front doors and an approach that allows customers to pull right up to the building to make loading/unloading quite easy. We have shopping carts and flatbed carts to help ease the shopping process for our customers.

We do have employees available to help load larger pieces of furniture upon request. We provide boxes, bags, and bubble wrap to help with the packing process. We encourage our customers to pack their own products to ensure they return safely to their store. We always suggest wrapping up anything that is breakable to make sure it travels well.

To register, email us at honeypotwholesalewarehousellc@gmail.com and ask for the retailer’s application. We need proof they are a business because the public is always trying to get in. We want the public to buy from the retailers and not try to get in here.

We ask for a copy of the tax resale certificate or EIN papers; copy of business bank card or business check (we do not need to see the numbers); how they advertise (Facebook, website, etc.); and two wholesale receipts.

WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSES FOR UNLOADING AND LOADING?

We have a private Facebook page and private website for shipping. We have two 15-foot garage doors for furniture pickups, and we also have a handicap accessible ramp for the shopping carts to load vehicles.

We box up items store owners have picked out while they continue shopping. We have plenty of shopping carts and dollies for them to use for shopping and loading.

Buyers are welcome to pack their own items. We use bubble wrap for breakables.

Sometimes help is available for loading furniture into vehicles. If a buyer pays for items first, we can also hold them until they can pick them up.

Store owners are welcome and encouraged to register online by submitting a picture of their brick-and-mortar store, IL CRT-61, their resident state’s Certificate of Resale, and a valid business license/registration via our website. They are also welcome to register on-site by bringing their documents to us the first time they visit.

WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSES FOR UNLOADING AND LOADING?

Our employees carefully package items in all orders for transport to minimize breakage and accommodate our customers’ special packing requests. Customers may drive directly up to the front of the building to park and load. Shoppers are welcome to wheel our shopping carts to their vehicles for easy loading, which we are pleased to help with as needed.

WHICH COMPANIES DO YOU CARRY?

We know store owners can easily find a lot of the same wonderful companies at many of the other warehouses. So, we strive to offer our customers something different: assorted products from different vendors, many of which are handcrafted and unique products or select imports.

As such, many of our vendors are exclusive to CMM and are small-business owners and artists who offer unique handmade items and who can bring in new product lines all the time. We also stock our shelves with a variety of products from several nationally recognized companies, such as CWI, JanMichaels Art and Home, MeraVic, PD Home & Garden, Transpac, and Tellon.

We currently carry product lines from at least 50 different vendors, with new vendors regularly joining CMM. A list of our current vendors can be found on our website.

We strive to offer a personalized shopping experience focused on the needs of our customers. Our products are carefully tagged, organized, and staged.

In fact, we offer a variety of theme rooms, such as pets, nautical, seasonal, floral, etc., featuring many of our vendors’ items organized by category in one area. In addition to making it easier to find categories of products, store owners might find it helpful to see items staged in theme rooms to give them more ideas for their own store displays.

In addition to the traditional cash & carry experience, we are pleased to also offer preordering of products to our customers. With all our products clearly tagged/priced, a store owner can call weeks ahead of their planned visit and request a product from its tag (or by its description).

CMM will work with the vendor to try to fulfill the request and see if the product can be available and waiting for the customer when they plan to come shop in the future. CMM and our vendors do their best to meet a customer’s needs.

We have a large parking lot with plenty of truck and trailer space. We have a forklift, pallet jacks, flat beds, and plenty of carts for customers’ needs. We pack the items to their preference and have plenty of staff on hand to help with the loading needs of large items.

WHAT IS YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS? CAN STORE OWNERS REGISTER ONLINE?

To register as a buyer with us, visit our website at lancasterwholesale.com. If they are planning a trip, we can also get them registered in-store. We require their sales tax license and a signed PA Exemption Form, which is provided online and in-store.

WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSES FOR UNLOADING AND LOADING?

We have a large parking lot, so bring trucks and trailers. There is easy access to the highway. There are three dock doors to pull up to for loading if needed.

We provide plenty of carts, flatbeds, and wagons. We know a lot of buyers travel far distances, so our staff takes pride in making sure their product gets to their store safely. We will wrap their product up as needed.

WHICH COMPANIES DO YOU CARRY?

We carry more than 80 local and regional manufactures in our mall, with a wide variety of American-made products. Our products include candles, signs, wrought iron, tinware, floral arrangements, furniture, wooden décor, hand-sewn dolls, canned goods, and more.

Our 19th Anniversary Celebration is May 6-7. One lucky buyer will win $500 store credit. Our open house with A.T. Imports is July 24-25.

Customer Appreciation Days are Mondays in September (9, 16, 23, and 30). Oct. 28 is our Annual Treat Day.
