Expansion of Product Line Caps Year of Growth
Ohio-based CWI Gifts, a leading wholesaler of country, farmhouse, and primitive gifts and home decor, has acquired Bright Ideas, LLC, a wholesale holiday home décor company. The acquisition was completed on January 1, 2021.
“The CWI and Bright Ideas teams have been well acquainted for a long time,” shared Tara Parker, President of CWI Gifts. “When Bright Ideas reached out to us in 2020 for assistance with order fulfillment, it was a practical business decision given our fulfillment expertise. The acquisition of Bright Ideas was a logical next step in our relationship and their leadership was receptive to the idea. We’ll take good care of the brand and its customers.”
CWI Gifts, located in Groveport, Ohio, handled order fulfillment for Beaver Dam, Wisconsin-based Bright Ideas throughout 2020, offering centralized shipping to customers of CWI Gifts, The Hearthside Collection, Col House Designs as well as Bright Ideas. A new customer benefit will be the opportunity of purchasing Bright Ideas products at the CWI wholesale Cash-and-Carry. Customers may also schedule virtual appointments or visit the onsite showroom at CWI Gifts to view, discuss, and order products from all four of the home décor brands.

Bright Ideas’ showrooms and displays at AmericasMart and other 2021 Spring trade shows will feature the company’s new lines of Fall and Christmas décor. The company’s first-ever Spring product line debuted at the 2021 AmericasMart show.
