WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE?

While we are a wholesale warehouse, we are definitely not a textbook description of a warehouse. We are a creative space for our customers to come, purchase products, and get ideas for their own stores.

Our staff will take a pallet full of product and create a beautiful display highlighting the products and accessorizing the space just as our customers will do in their stores. Often, our blank canvases are repurposed furniture pieces or old store fixtures that we are turning into beautiful displays.

What our customers will not find here are aisles and aisles of metal shelves stuffed full of product still in boxes. They will find displays with actual products they are able to see up close and touch, and they can ensure complete satisfaction with their purchases.

We host 10 open houses per year (every month except March and December). For each event, we take care to ensure all our vendors have stocked their booths full.

We offer a light lunch, snacks, and beverages. For some events, depending on interest, we will host temporary vendors. The November event also has vendor giveaways for the customers.

WHAT EVENTS ARE PLANNED FOR 2023?

Welcome Aboard Chris was in January, and Swing into Spring was in February. Fill Your Basket is April 3, Summer Deals is May 8, and Fall Preview is June 5.

Temp Vendors is July 10, and the Anniversary Celebration is Aug. 14. Christmas Preview is Sept. 11, Restock for Christmas is Oct. 16, and Thankful for You is Nov. 13.

We know store owners can easily find a lot of the same wonderful companies at many of the other warehouses. And that is wonderful. However, we strive to offer our customers something different: different products from different vendors, the majority of which are handcrafted and unique products or select imports.

As such, most of our vendors are exclusive to CMM and are small-business owners and artists who offer unique handmade items and who are able to bring in new product lines all the time. We currently offer product lines from at least 35 to 40 different vendors, with new vendors regularly joining CMM. A list of our current vendors can be found on our website.

WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE?

Most of our vendors/businesses are exclusive to CMM. We carry mostly handmade and unique products. We work to minimize disappointment from items being sold out by offering “pre-orders.”

In addition to the vendor booths, we also stage theme rooms (rotating seasonal and everyday) where many of our vendors’ products also decorate these rooms as if they were in one’s home.

HOW MANY OPEN HOUSES DO YOU HAVE PER YEAR?

We have seven to eight Markets (open houses). While everyday products are always available for customers at all our Markets and throughout the year, we also host at least two Markets every year for each of the four seasons, offering relevant seasonal and holiday products.

WHAT EVENTS ARE PLANNED FOR 2023?*

We had Markets on Feb. 13 and March 7. Others are scheduled for April 24, June 5, July 31, Sept. 18, Oct. 16, and Dec. 4.

We strive to offer a personalized shopping experience focused on the needs of our customers. We are pleased to offer both pre-ordering and customization to our customers. CMM will work with the vendor to try to fulfill the request and see if the product can be available and waiting for the customer when they plan to come shop in the future. CMM and our vendors do their very best to meet a customer’s needs.

We carry a large variety of products year-round. We have products to fit every need, both for crafters and for resellers, both seasonal and every day. We receive shipments constantly throughout the year, so our stock is always changing.

We have a wide variety of products from more than 80 manufacturers. We have seasonal items, one-of-a-kind items, and everyday items.

Our product lines include, but are not limited to, signs, canvas prints, candles, potpourri, wreaths, floral arrangements, small furnishings, home and garden décor, jams and jellies, birdhouses, cement statues, tobacco lath products, and so much more.

We are one of the largest wholesale cash & carry malls, with more than 30,000 square feet. What makes us unique is that our primary focus is products that are made or assembled here in the United States. Many of the products are locally made by Amish and Mennonite manufacturers.

When you plan a trip, make sure you bring a truck or trailer. Customers are constantly wondering how they are going to fit all their products in their vehicle. We have plenty of parking and space for trucks and trailers.

If you cannot make the trip, we offer a variety of shopping options. You may order items on our website, follow us on Facebook, and have the product pulled for you, or set up a Virtual Shop where we can take you around the mall by Zoom or Facetime. We have shipping and freight available, or we can hold products for pickup.

WHAT IS YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS? MAY GIFT SHOP OWNERS PREREGISTER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

There is nothing special except for the expos. They can preregister on our website for the expos, but it is not necessary.

WHAT PRODUCT CATEGORIES DO YOU CARRY? DOES THIS CHANGE SEASONALLY?

We carry fine furniture, home décor and crafts, primitive furniture, and outdoor items. Some vendors have seasonal products.

WHICH COMPANIES DO YOU CARRY?

We have more than 120 vendors renting booths in the Showcase, and they are mostly Amish or of the Plain Community.

WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE?

We are like a trade show open year-round. You do not have to wait for the expos to visit. We encourage the buyers to deal directly with the manufacturers.

HOW MANY EXPOS DO YOU HAVE PER YEAR?

We have two expos a year — one in the spring and one in the fall. These are two-day events. The vendors man their booths, the buyers can purchase directly from the vendor, and there is free food.

They need to bring their sales tax certificate with them, as we are wholesale only. If they purchase items at the Showcase, we charge a 10% brokerage fee to offset the cost of handling and paperwork. The brokerage fee is waived for some of the special events.

You can find the full product lines from CWI, Col House Designs, The Hearthside Collection, and Bright Ideas when you shop at our warehouse. We also have products from more than 100 various vendors, including local artisans from Ohio and surrounding areas.

WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE?

We offer multiple ways to shop, including online, our cash & carry warehouse, and popular trade shows, which enable customers to find products quickly, efficiently, and at competitive prices. Our $100 minimum makes “on time” restocking no problem, and nearly every product can be purchased individually or at discounted case pricing, making it easy to shop and save.

We are committed to providing customers with great customer service and a positive shopping experience. Our helpful staff can assist with any questions, and our multiple checkout registers will get you on your way quickly and efficiently.

We have a free warehouse app that will help you easily locate where items are in our cash & carry warehouse. Our newly updated in-house showroom area featuring CWI, Col House Designs, The Hearthside Collection, and Bright Ideas showcases new product arrivals and has bestsellers on display.

We have large, open parking lots and convenient loading areas that make it easy to load and maneuver larger vehicles and trailers.

HOW MANY OPEN HOUSES DO YOU HAVE PER YEAR?

For 2023, we have four open houses scheduled with a fun theme of Mystery Open House. The first two were Jan. 23-24 and March 6-7. The others are July 31 to Aug. 1 and Oct. 9-10.

Our open houses are always fun events with prizes, raffles, interactive games, light morning refreshments, and delicious free lunches provided to customers. You can beat the crowd by shopping our early bird hours that start at 6 a.m. during open house events.

Along with our multiple open house events, we offer sales and special pricing on products throughout the year. By signing up for our email newsletter, you can stay informed about all the current specials and what events are happening.

You should wear comfortable shoes and bring a large vehicle to transport your purchases. We supply shopping carts and flatbeds to make your shopping experience easier.

There are hotels close by where you can spend the night if you need more shopping time. There is a link on our website with information on discounted rates offered by one of the local hotels.
